Published prices include VAT and applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment for the stay can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or through the authorized payment platforms.
A security deposit will be required for all bookings to cover possible damages, which will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

The applicable cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.
In case of late cancellation, the user may lose the amount paid as a deposit or a proportional part of the stay.
Modifications are subject to availability and possible price changes.

5. Guest Obligations

Use the accommodation properly and respectfully, complying with house rules and established terms of use.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each accommodation.
Respect check-in and check-out times.
Do not engage in illegal, disturbing, unhygienic, or dangerous activities within the accommodation.

6. Establishment Responsibility

Oasis Blanc Menorca is committed to providing the booked services under the agreed terms.
It is not responsible for incidents caused by external factors, such as supply interruptions, weather conditions, external construction, or force majeure situations.

7. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 h, and check-out is until 10:00 h, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to comply with check-out times may result in additional charges.

8. Pet Policy

In accommodations where pets are allowed, they may stay for an additional cost and always with prior approval. Guests must respect the specific rules established for their stay.

9. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any disputes, consumer protection regulations will apply, and, failing that, the Courts of Mahón (Menorca) will have jurisdiction.
